Boil for 3 minutes. It stays at room temperature for 30 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth. The shelf life of the decoction is 12 hours, provided that it is stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2o-8oC without freezing. Drink from the strained decoction 100 ml 3 times daily before meals. It is recommended to take together with the consumption of 100 g - 200 g of raw pumpkin seeds per day.
