The process uses a minimal amount of energy, ensuring it’s great for you and the world. How do I make the perfect brew? Always use fresh water. For tea, boil the water, pour it over the tea bag while still boiling, and allow the tea to infuse for 2-5 minutes. For coffee, boil the water and leave to cool a minute before pouring over the coffee. Can you explain the staining of my tea cup? Staining of the cup is due to tannin. Although it’s a bit annoying having to give your mug an extra scrub, this compound helps give tea its slightly astringent flavor. To avoid getting your mug stained, use a teapot to prepare your brew! Where does your tea come from? To serve the best tea and a range of varieties, we source tea from all over the world, including well-known origins, such as China, India, Sri Lanka, and Kenya, as well as Brazil, Turkey, Vietnam and other countries.
